I’ve been on a hardcore diet for over a week now and it’s killing me. Yeah things do get easier as time progresses and your cravings do get curved but overall you just really want a big juicy cheeseburger. Maybe I could sneak a boston style piece of pizza? Nope of course not…it’s not on the diet. I’m not really complaining, think of this more as a rant.

Being on the p90x workout has really motivated me to eat better which is always a good thing. I go to work, eat good all day, then work it out hard when I get home. I’ve noticed that when your in a day to day workout you tend to want better foods otherwise your worried all your hard work as gone to shit. The hardest thing about a better diet and workout plan is timing. When do you eat? Can I go out later or should I workout? When will my next meal be and what? Does this have enough protein? When should the next protein shake be? I’m starving but can’t have anything until I finish this workout. These are the things that go through my head day in and day out. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. If anyone has some advice for some tasty yet healthy meals please tell me :)
