A cool little tip to browsing a website using non standard techniques is using the Space Bar. Most use the scroll ball on their mouse, arrow keys, or even the trackpad if you have that option. Hitting the spacebar will jump the page down. A feature I just figured out to add on to this is holding Shift+Spacebar which will make the page jump upwards. Pretty bad ass and easy way to navigate.
