Man, leave it to my best bud to out-due anyone else. He didn’t buy it either. Mask was made using an old T-shirt, ink, and a good sew job. Gotta love his arts and crafts skills. Oh and also the jacket was picked up from a thrift store somewhere on Melrose. If you where not aware of who this is it’s Rorschach from Watchmen. Bad ass!

I still need to see Paranormal Activity

I am in desperate need to see Paranormal Activity. This movie has gotten so much hype and after reading these reviews it makes me feel like a loser not seeing it. Read some of the reviews below and tell me it doesn’t sound intriguing? I know the movie had much negative feedback but hey I’m a movie fanatic. Who cares about a little criticism right?

“For those who haven’t seen the film, I can assure you that you have no idea what’s in store. I am not easily frightened, and I have never been scared by a movie to the point of not being able to sleep … After watching ‘Paranormal Activity’ I did not fall asleep until 5am. In my opinion, it was THAT scary. I am still a bit shaken, and I left the theater practically in tears. It is worth going to see — trust me, you will not be disappointed!” — Ashley

“I am a film major and a true horror film enthusiast, and nothing has left me tossing and turning in bed like this film did. The film has you on the edge of your seat and biting your nails the whole time. People next to me had their eyes shut half the time, and I witnessed an audience viewer yell out, ‘You’re on your own! This s*** is crazy!’ before he left the theater halfway through the film. Truly a fun experience if you love a thrill.” — Mary

“I’m a pretty tough and manly guy, but watching this movie was one of the scariest experiences of my life. I was glad that people were around me when the movie ended because I needed to feel safe! I was ‘that guy’ who screamed like a little girl and then started cussing at the movie to try and regain my manhood. Definitely a must-see movie!” — Brett

“No joke, scariest movie I have ever seen. Ran from car to my front door and slept with all the lights on. You will love it … You will remember it every time you hear a noise you can’t explain.” — Aricela

Kanye West gets slapped by Spike Jonze!

Friday, October 30th, 2009

I would say practically everyone in the world would love to slap this man. Unfortunately this video isn’t true and the slap really was fake as you can see. It’s a shame cause if he was on my set acting that way I would have given him the boot.

7 year old tells court his mother cut him

Thursday, October 29th, 2009

This is a crazy ass story. The mother tries to kill herself after slashing her kids throats and leaving them for dead. When she is unsuccessful trying to commit suicide she concocts a story about a stranger trying to kill them. Funny thing is the olders of the two boys (7 years old) was still alive. When asked who cut him he said, “My Mom”.

5 Year Old Romanian body builder

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

Okay this is disturbing. I can’t imagine this being really healthy for this young kid. Anyone that can lift themselves up clearly only using their upper body has to have a lot of training and strength. So when did he start? Probably as a fetus! His parents are probably stage parents. Oh Romania.

Here are some quick highlights of what I thought was crazy:

0:31 — Wall flip

0:43 — Backflips on a table.

1:43 — Doing barbell curls. I love his siblings in the background.

3:19 — More flipping, this time from a gymnastic bar.

Law Abiding Citizen (2009)

law-abiding-citizen-poster

Directed by: F. Gary Gray

Cast:

Gerard Butler as Clyde Shelton

Jamie Foxx as Nick Rice

Theatrical Release: October 16, 2009

Synopsis:In LAW ABIDING CITIZEN, a prisoner’s incredible reign over the city outside his cell is interrupted by an assistant district attorney. Gerard Butler (300) stars.

My Review: I was delightfully entertained. I’m not sure that Gerard Butler has impressed me since 300. This movie had such creativity and brilliant acting. It’s no where near Oscar worthy but still a fully entertaining film. Jamie Foxx was great in my opinion. He’s come a long way from the comedies that he’s use to. I highly recommend checking this movie out. You can’t lose. I walked into this film knowing very little and hearing that some reviews where bad.

Overall Rating: A

the new ateam

Yay, for the new version of the A-Team. Gotta love the cast. Liam Neeson, Quentin ‘Rampage’ Jackson (from UFC), Bradley Cooper, and Sharlto Copley. I’m really excited to see a trailer for this movie. It will be real interesting to see how Quentin portrays Mr. T.
