Sometimes we get put into situations where we have to make a choice. You don’t like these situations typically, but they do happen. Occasionally though, in spite of the awkwardness and poor timing, you feel like taking a chance.
Normally I wouldn’t stay at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California. Why? Well basically because it’s pretty damn pricey. The rooms are huge, the restaurants are amazing, there’s a giant infinity pool and an award winning spa.
Fraternities seem to be a great source of inspiration for movie-makers. I will casually site, Old School, Animal House and Revenge of the Nerd (all of them). In Neighbors, however, it appears we may be rooting for the other team.
If you’re like most of the staff here at Joe’s Daily, you like to go to Vegas. Why? Why not. Gambling, women in bikinis, endless buffets and the idea that you could get rich are all the ingredients of the true American Dream.
