Think about all the things you may have said to a friend openly on Facebook. Just because your account may be private theirs may not. Having common sense and treating Facebook like you would a room full of people is important. In a crowded room the average person wouldn’t blurt out obscene things. This behavior should be mimicked online.

This post isn’t necessarily about Facebook but really more about Social Media. We’re being logged with every key stroke. Now employers have agencies that can research a potential new hire and see what their online personality is like. This can hurt you greatly and possibly hinder you any entry into your dream career.

So what does JoesDaily recommend besides common sense? Be more aware of your online presence. If you have a great urge to express yourself try to do it anonymously. Posting content on the web with your name on it can jump back and bite you in the butt.

Don’t believe me? Try Googling yourself to see what comes up. When you dig deep you might find something you said years ago and now regret. Always keep up to date with your online personality and never use the computer as shield.

Okay so I thought I moved out of the bad parts of LA? Apparently living adjacent to Beverly Hills isn’t good enough? My roommates car seen above/below was broken into last night. The one time he leaves his iPod in over night it gets jacked. You would have to assume that’s more then a coincidence and these thief’s are coming around once a night. You have to love Kevin’s sense of humor though. This morning when we where talking about what happened he just said,

“Next time if you want my iPod just knock on my door. I’ll just give it to you”

HAHA! I guess the idiots that stole his iPod didn’t like what they saw in my Honda. Just some almonds in the back seat. LOL

UH OHHHH. I have the itch again. The other day I started playing online poker out of pure boredom and am already up $200. I’m thinking this could be deadly. I only started depositing $20 dollars. Definitely up by a lot but how long will that last? 

From my past experiance being up hundereds of dollars isn’t really much. Because when you start getting more confident you jump into higher blind games. For example I started at $.15 – $.25 blinds. That may seem tiny but I was making $10 – $20 pots on average. As I started uping my bank roll I started to play $1 – $2 blinds. This is where you make big money, but also lose big money.

For example I won a pot from this dude. The pot was $80 dollars. Then the next hand I had lost to the same guy $50 dollars. He was lucky because he landed his pair on the last card (the river). That is the game of poker though so you can’t be upset about it. I still came out with $30 dollars up.

I’m thinking we should have some real human interaction. Who is down for some poker at my place?????? Hit me up!

WOW WOW WOW. The Six Flags Magic Mountain (Valencia, CA) has recently upgraded it’s list of coasters. Terminator Salvation was one of the best roller coasters at the park. Even though the movie sucked at least they made a ride that rocks. It is very deceiving though. When you first see the wooden coaster you think, “Wow this can’t be that great.” You look at the long line and almost step out of it. Luckily for me I had a veteran of Six Flags behind me to convince me I needed to stay to experience the ride. He said it’s his favorite ride he has ever ridden at Six Flags in his life. 

While waiting in line you notice the cars passing by you. IT SEEMS SO FAST. You don’t really realize the speed of the ride up until you actually ride. This is a super duper fast coaster. The rush of it all gets your adrenaline pumping. Did I mention they have awesome robotic terminator music bumpin in your ears? I’m starting to fall in love with roller coaster rides that play music while your on it. It makes the experience so much more intense. X2 is another example of  a great ride simply because the music sets you up before the initial drop. AMAZINGGGG.

If you want thrills, excitements, and don’t mind seeing a few gang bangers then I highly recommend checking out the new rides at the Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Who knew on Easter Sunday a fight could break out. Ok I’m exagerating but still I almost got into a fight. 

I was in search for a volleyball net to play on with my friends. We see an open one so Kevin and I start to bolt to save the spot. Just as we get there this dude parks his backpack right there. One of the courts we ran by this lady was there. With a shout of frustration I said “fuck, this beach sucks right now”. The lady not minding her own business says to me, “well what do you expect with that type of attitude? You would get one if you lived here”. Now at this point I was raging mad. Why would someone actually open there mouth when I’m not even speaking to them? The worst part was I wasn’t even looking at her when I said all of this stuff. I started to walk back with Kev. She makes a few more remarks and I turn around and say “hey fuck you”. Oh now the sparks flare LOL. As we continue to walk away she keeps mouthing off blah blah blah. Me and Kevin just keep walking and met up with Jess whom was almost next to us at this point.

As we walk down a few courts my buddy Adam calls our names and says a couple of guys would play with us. Well that was cool cause these guys didn’t mind us being amateur and they just wanted to play themselves. So we obviously obliged and said thanks for the invite. Meanwhile I look up as I’m setting the boundary in sand and I see the BITCH female dog and her dude walking towards me. He just walks straight up to me and says in a cheesy australian accent, “hey are you disrespecting my wife?”. I look at her and I said “are you serious”. She said she just wanted an apology and they would go. So I said I’m sorry and she walked away. But that wasn’t enough for the guy. He was ranting away at me saying how I shouldn’t disrespect a women. So I told him how I felt. I said, “Listen man, I know she’s your wife, but when someone disrespects me, girl or guy I don’t give a shit. All I said was fuck you. I didn’t threaten her or anything. She was the one who said to us that WE DON”T LIVE HERE SO WHAT DO WE EXPECT?”. Now at this point I was just waiting for the dude to throw a punch. I was more then ready. Actually I was kinda hoping for something like that to happen so I could take them to court. They apparently had money since they lived right on the beach. HAHA. No I’m just playing. I’m not that lame. Anyways a tip I would love to share with my fellow beach goers. Never assume you will go to the beach and play at a volleyball net. Apparently the people that have houses on the strip think that they have first dibs and they’re better then everyone else. One thing I can say is if they are so bad ass they should probably be living in Malibu where they actually own part of the sand. Am I right?
