The new Beolit 17 might be the perfect speaker for just about everything.  This latest edition to the Beolit series, originally launched in 1939, is just as well suited for waking you up in the morning on your nightstand, playing your favorite music from your living room bookshelf at your next party, or creating an ambiance while you lounge out on beach day. Just grab it by its nifty premium grain leather strap, and be on your way.

Similar to the 12 and 15 models, the Beolit 17 was designed by award winner Cecilie Manz. Its top and bottom are composed of a sturdy polymer, so it can handle whatever trip you want to take it on. And with 24 hours of charge time, that could easily be a long one. It also has a designated place up top for you to put your smartphone that’s made to be scratch and slip-proof.

All in all, everything about the Beolit 17 is pretty snazzy and contained. This is mostly due to the redesign of the pearl-blasted aluminum speaker grill. They’ve eliminated the cable compartment, which made room for a boosted sound performance that can deliver up to 240 watts of power. So, yeah, remember those parties we were talking about before?

The Beolit 17 comes with other special features like an intelligent one-touch connect button that can be customized using their Beoplay App. You can pick between options like setting a musical alarm, quickly connecting to Spotify, easy pause/skip functions—whatever suits you best.
