Living the “suite” life at The Hollywood Condos
On May 23 I attended an event for The Hollywood Condos that was hosted by Angeleno Magazine. It was to showcase three of their condos for sale ranging from $500,000 to just over a million. This was my experience.
Upon entering the party I mingled with a few of the other eager guests while waiting for my friends Lander and Jamie to accompany me through the rooms. The rooms available were located on different floors and each had its own theme.

THE FASHIONISTA ATELIER
3rd Street Station cuisine and bodega Wine bar
My personal favorite was the Fashionista Atelier that featured the bodega Wine bar, a personal hot spot I like to visit in Santa Monica. They had really neat canisters that they dispense their wine from shown in the image below.
The rooms were swanky and had many notable features. They were all spacious and featured lofts that would work perfectly for any home office. If I were to complain about one thing the condos lacked, it was the view from the deck. You couldn’t see out into the Hollywood nightlife that evening because of the buildings U-shape. All you saw was a view of the pool below and your neighbors activity across the way.
Never the less I can certainly see the appeal of The Hollywood Condos for the simple fact of their location. You will find the building a stones throw away from Hollywood and Highland. It’s set back far enough where you can enjoy your privacy and still walk to any Hollywood hot spot: such as, Lucky Strike, Les Deux, Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and more!
You can also expect to see a few familiar faces that live in the condos. Definitely perfect for the Hollywood elite to call home when they aren’t jet setting to New York or their other pad.
The pool is another feature of the condos that shouldn’t be overlooked. This evening it was home to a runway show for Young Fabulous & Broke’s summer collection. The pool was covered with a snowy looking cat walk where a hand full of models strutted their stuff for the party goers.
We sipped honey vodka mixed with Vitamin Water and ended the night with Haven Gastropub Brewery’s delicious crafted beer.
After the stunning models finished their show, we were treated to L.A. Roses, a Guns and Roses cover band. I never thought I would hear Sweet Child of Mine live but this night proved otherwise. It was a stellar way to end the evening with friends.
I would highly recommend checking out The Hollywood Condos on their site if you’re interested in learning more about them.
