The World’s first 3D printed, custom-designed headphones ranging from $200 to $40,000

In a world where customization defines individuality, it only makes sense for your headphones to reflect that. V-MODA announced their latest offering, 3D Printed Shields, which will allow users to personalize their headphones using 3D printed technology. You simply select the 3D shield material of your choice, the base color, and the design/monogram. It’s that easy.

Currently still in Beta, V-MODA allows you to upload your own design in 2D or 3D for embossing. A great way to add even more customization to your headphones. Fiber 3D shields come included when you purchase a new V-MODA XS or Crossfase M-100 pair of headphones. But if Fiber isn’t the material you’re looking for, the 3D Printed Shields are also available in stainless steel, sterling silver, solid 14k gold, 14k rose gold, 14k white gold or platinum. Those last few precious metals will set you back a bit, but might be worth it.
