If you haven’t had the pleasure of trying one of Norman Love’s delectable chocolates yet, you’re sadly missing out. I recently had the unique opportunity of not only trying them onboard the Regal Princess cruise ship, which is one of Princess Cruises eighteen ships you can find Norman Love Confections on, but also meeting Mr. Love in person and picking his brain.

Norman and his team of chocolate masters have cooked up 11 new hand crafted chocolates to go into the chocolatier’s award-winning Signature Collection. The now 36-flavor Signature Collection features new flavors that include: Lemon Hazelnut, Sea Salt Caramel Truffle, Butterscotch Truffle, Vanilla Marshmallow, Almond Praline, German Chocolate Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake, 91% Nocturne, Peanut Butter Cup, Passion Orange and Carrot Cake.

“Many of the flavors in the current Signature Collection have been part of the collection from the beginning, but new ideas are what make us who we are,” said Chef Norman Love, Founder, Owner and President of Norman Love Confections. “When inspiration strikes, we develop new flavors, refining and perfecting until they are ready to be added to the collection.”

Each new flavor — like the rest of Norman Love Confections — is a work of art. I found it difficult to eat because of how beautiful they look, but the hesitation quickly subsides once your tastebuds gets a sample.

If you’re interested in trying Norman Love’s Signature Collection, the new flavors can be found at www.NormanLoveConfections.com, at his Chocolate Salons in Southwest Florida, and through independent retail partners throughout the U.S. They make for a great gift anytime of the year.
